You will act as the creative kickoff lead, ensuring alignment between marketing objectives and compelling visual storytelling. You will also manage projects with team members and collaborate cross-functionally to bring creative projects to life. The successful candidate will also need to take a hands-on approach, driving projects forward individually and collaboratively, owning personal output to enhance product awareness and conversion ensuring digitally efficient marketing.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creative Strategy & Leadership: Lead creative kickoffs, ensuring alignment of video, animation, and marketing strategy with business goals.
- Video & Animation Production: Create, oversee and contribute to the creation of high-quality video content and medical animations that support digital campaigns.
- Marketing Campaign Development: Manage campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring a cohesive brand message across platforms. Creating content that aligns with the brand and product messaging that is visually pleasing, appropriately created / optimized and targeted to target audience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketing, social media, product management, and medical education teams to ensure creative assets align with campaign goals.
- Team Management: Guide and mentor designers, videographers, and content creators while managing project timelines and workflows.
- Brand Storytelling: Develop engaging visual narratives that elevate our brand and resonate with our audience.
- Campaign Deployment & Performance Tracking: Work with digital marketers to ensure creative assets optimize performance in Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
- Process Optimization: Implement efficient creative workflows, project timelines, and review cycles to enhance team productivity.

- Expertise in medical animations and familiarity with anatomical visualization for healthcare marketing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
- Experience individually executing and managing creative teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Deep understanding of marketing strategy, storytelling, and brand positioning
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills; demonstrated experience in cross functional team collaboration.
- Strong project management skills, ability to work with tight deadlines and ability to manage and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with performance-driven marketing, A/B testing, and conversion-driven creative assets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Preference for digital marketing in a regulated environment such as medical device, dental or pharmaceuticals
- Ability to travel as needed to tram meetings, photo/ video shoots or other
Education/Experience Requirements
- Typically has bachelor’s degree + 8 years. Will consider other commensurate education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in creative leadership, video production, animation design, and marketing campaign execution
