Pay Rate: $35/hr DOEPlanet Interactive’s well-known beauty client is looking for a Loyalty Assistant Marketing Manager for a remote 6-month freelance opportunity.Loyalty Assistant Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Lead the execution and management all acquisition and loyalty program strategies working closely with cross functional partners to create positive customer experience and drive program engagement
Influence digital and retail creative development, approval and QA review process
Manage process for loyalty programs including PO and SKU creation
Create quarterly reporting to monitor KPIs to ensure budgeted expectations are met; execute quarterly brand insights and provide recommendations to drive performance as needed
Assist monthly budget process by tracking and submitting invoices
Manage internal calendars, timelines, tracking documents, and disclaimer library
Execute Field incentive programs including contest and recognition to drive member sign-upsLoyalty Assistant Marketing Manager Qualifications:
3+ years in digital marketing/advertising, loyalty, or corporate retail experience
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with cross functional teams and leaders (including inventory, branding, digital and production teams)
Strategic and analytical mindset, and ability interpret data to inform decision making
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and ensure deadlines are met
Comfortable with numbers, technology, and budgeting.
Expected salary: $35 per hour
