Job description: Contract Role: Project Manager, Translational DevelopmentSummary:A leading biotech organization is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Translational Development team. This role involves coordinating and managing various stages of translational studies for advanced therapy programs. The successful candidate will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality. This position is critical in driving the successful progression of development programs through a collaborative and strategic approach.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and progress integrated cross-functional project plans that are critical to the program’s success
- Build relationships and strong communication with strategic external partners
- Manage external CDMO’s/CRO’s to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Lead internal and external matrixed project teams
- Develop and maintain program budgets and timelines, and associated cross-functional logistics and communication
- Represents the company in project management for partnered development programs
- Coordinates study activities and oversees that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures
- Organizes and maintains all documents and records related to the program studies and ensured timely delivery of study documents
- Support the execution of translational stages of a program with internal teams and external stakeholders in partnership with the Project Team Lead.
