Job description: Department/FunctionOperations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, UtilitiesJob DescriptionProject Manager II – Quincy, ILPosition Summary:This is a salaried, exempt-level position.Reporting to the Capex Regional Manager, this role will oversee capital projects primarily in our Quincy, Illinois Soy Bean Refinery Facility, with the possibility of assignment to other projects with in the region.Job Purpose and Impact:The Project Manager will partner with the business areas and (key) cross functional ADM stakeholders to manage expectations for project scope, schedule, and budget.This individual will facilitate buy-in for project implementations while collaborating with a team of professionals to execute on various project initiatives, as well as lead other initiatives. In this role, the successful candidate will ensure high-quality work for projects up to 20 million dollars, with high-cost improvement and critical infrastructure impact and significance.Key Responsibilities:

Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.The pay range for this position is expected to be between:$104,100.00 – $195,300.00Salaried Incentive PlanThe total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan
