- Lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch
- Oversee product design, prototyping, and testing
- Ensure DFM, DFA, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturing teams
- Drive innovation and optimize cost & performance
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in NPD, R&D, or Engineering within consumer goods/FMCG/CPG
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM), CAD, and prototyping
- Experience with stage-gate, lean manufacturing, and materials science
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
