✔ Be the first point of contact—answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist walk-ins.
✔ Ensure the facility stays in top shape—light facility upkeep and maintaining a welcoming environment.
✔ Support the leadership team & coaches—assist with scheduling, member management, and day-to-day operations.
✔ Provide an exceptional customer experience—help current and prospective members with any questions or needs.✅ What We’re Looking For:🔹 Previous admin or customer service experience (fitness industry experience is a bonus!)
🔹 Tech-savvy—comfortable with spreadsheets, word processing, and data entry.
🔹 Excellent communicator—strong interpersonal skills and a professional phone/email presence.
🔹 Highly organized & detail-oriented—can juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.
🔹 Self-motivated & proactive—can work independently and problem-solve on the go.
