Type: Full-TimeWhat You’ll Do:
- Originate and manage a robust pipeline of USDA loans, ensuring efficient processing and funding.
- Drive business growth by cultivating and expanding relationships with borrowers, referral partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all USDA guidelines and regulations to guarantee seamless transactions.
- Deliver exceptional service by guiding clients through the loan process with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Consistently achieve or surpass $50MM+ in USDA loan production per year.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of USDA lending experience with a history of high-volume production.
- Expert knowledge of USDA loan programs and guidelines.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, brokers, and industry partners.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
