(*in collaboration with AbbVie)About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity to support the Neurocrine Audio Visual (AV) environment and ensures the fulfillment of all AV requirements requested by customers. Manages and supports Zoom rooms and facilitates the setup of additional AV equipment for events. This role is highly visible and necessitates exceptional communication skills for daily engagement with customers. May encompass technical support for Wi-Fi, display, and presentation needs. Monitors the help desk ticketing system, resolves assigned issues and escalates more complex issues._Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment including video conferencing systems, digital displays, sound systems, and presentation technology across multiple conference roomsProvide real-time technical support for hybrid meetings, presentations, and corporate eventsManage and troubleshoot virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex) for local and remote participantsTrain staff on proper use of AV equipment and create user documentationCoordinate with IT teams to ensure network integration of AV systemsMaintain inventory of AV equipment and manage vendor relationshipsImplement preventive maintenance programs and schedule regular system updatesDocument and track all AV-related incidents and resolutionsProvide support for conference room setup, audio/video conferencing, and other audio/visual and associated IT related tasks as necessaryConduct consistent, frequent inspection of all conference rooms to ensure they are in good working order for daily scheduled meetingsMaintain and document inventory of software, supplies, and equipmentRespond in timely manner to service issues and requestsTest new technologyAssist in setting up for special events as neededOther duties as requiredRequirements:High School Diploma / Associates degree and 2+ years of related experience as an AV Technician or other technical roleZoom room configuration and supportWorking knowledge and support of cloud applications including Office 365Ability to lift and carry heavy equipmentAbility to analyze technical data and troubleshoot routine issues and communicate with others to resolve quicklyKnowledge of Computing hardwareKnowledge of Operating Systems (PC & Mac)Knowledge of Software and networking technologiesKnowledge of microphones, speakers, conference phones, video conferencing codecs/cameras, displays (projectors, TV’s, monitors, tablets)Knowledge of audio amplifiers and mixing boardsUses established skills to perform a range of daily operationsApplies understanding of company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasksUnderstands how own area contributes to the achievement of objectivesDemonstrated problem solving skillsProficient oral and written communication skillsAbility to take directionAbility to work well individually as well as with a team#LI-LS1Neurocrine Biosciences is an EEO/AA/Disability/Vets employer.We are committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace, and we recognize there are a variety of ways to meet our requirements. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 15% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.

Expected salary: $22.96 – 33.28 per hour
