Job description: Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with experience in campaigns and marketing to align HR strategies with business objectives, primarily supporting the marketing and campaign teams. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving employee engagement, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives that meet the unique needs of marketing functions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership
- Partner with marketing leadership to develop and execute people strategies that align with campaign timelines, marketing goals, and organizational objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights on talent trends within marketing to influence decision-making and workforce planning.
Talent Acquisition and Development
- Collaborate with marketing leaders to identify skills gaps and build talent pipelines for creative, campaign, and digital marketing roles.
- Support recruitment and onboarding efforts tailored to fast-paced marketing environments.
- Develop and implement training programs to foster innovation, brand storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Champion a culture that prioritizes creativity, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the marketing teams.
- Drive engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and campaigns to boost morale and team alignment.
Performance Management
- Guide managers on setting campaign-specific KPIs and tracking performance.
- Support marketing employees in achieving their goals through continuous feedback, coaching, and career development discussions.
Change Management
- Lead HR efforts during campaign launches, restructuring, or organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies specific to marketing roles and freelance/contractor partnerships.
- Manage compensation benchmarking for marketing roles to remain competitive in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years supporting marketing, campaigns, or creative functions.
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows, campaign lifecycles, and team dynamics.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and change management.
- Knowledge of HR tools and systems; experience with applicant tracking systems and marketing project management tools is a plus.
Expected salary: $80000 – 90000 per year
