Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks related to fleet and equipment maintenance
- Organize and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with the tracking and scheduling of maintenance services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in equipment or shop administration is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes
- Experience with HCSS software is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
