We are looking for experienced professionals with strong client relationships, expertise in tax and accounting functions, and a proven ability to generate business while mentoring and leading staff.Practice Areas of Interest
- Tax Compliance and Advisory: Leading tax planning, technical reviews, and client audits across industries.
- Business Development: Expanding the firm’s client base and ensuring long-term engagements with tailored tax solutions.
- Staff Development and Leadership: Training and mentoring tax staff, including performance reviews and professional development initiatives.
Compensation OverviewPartner compensation is highly competitive, ranging between $250K and $400K annually, based on:
- The size of their client base (portable business)
- Billable hours and effective rates
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of public accounting experience, managing complex engagements
- CPA certification (active)
- Portable business of at least $2 million annually
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
