You will assist the Communications team in creating engaging visuals that support our brand and marketing efforts.Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop digital and print materials such as posters, invitations, lobby screens, postcards, emails and graphics for our website, intranet, social media and presentations
- Assist in brainstorming and creating design concepts for campaigns, projects and events
- Support the team in maintaining brand consistency across various platforms and materials
- Prepare and organize files for production and review to ensure high-quality outputs
- Receive feedback from team members and make revisions to improve designs
- Research current design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the team
Job Specific Skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Teams)
- Awareness of social media trends and content creation strategies
- Familiarity with video editing tools in Premiere Pro, basic lighting knowledge, or experience operating still and video cameras, is a bonus
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and take direction from team members
- A portfolio showcasing academic, personal or freelance design work (even if in progress)
