This position will be assigned to the Department of Human Resources’ training and development team within the Organizational Design and Development Division. The HR Training & Development Associate will be responsible for assisting with assessing needs, developing, coordinating, marketing, conducting and tracking training programs to include e-learning and classroom training. If you have a commitment to employee development and a background in adult learning with a professional organizational training emphasis, this position may be for you.The Human Resources Department offers training programs to 20+ County departments with approximately 6,000 employees. Training target topics include employment law, county policies, customer service, workplace diversity, leadership and management development, conflict resolution, supervisory skills, employee discipline and performance management.Essential Duties
