Job description: Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring English Language Teachers to provide in-person/face-to-face customized lessons to our clients in Houston, TX.Job Information:

- Students: 1 child (7 years old)
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday (beginning the classes after 5 pm)
- Request start date: ASAP
- Class duration: 1 hour
- Lesson frequency: 4x per week
- Location: at the client’s home in Town and Country Blvd, Houston, Texas
- Delivery Format: Face-to-face
- Current target language level: Novice
- Native and other spoken languages: Portuguese
- Student’s language needs and goals: Getting fluent in English. Survival English. Making friends at school.
- Additional Information: he studies English at school but is not fluent. He knows some vocabulary. / He doesn’t like to do homework. He loves talking and participating at school activities. / He likes soccer, superhero, science, cars, lego.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
- Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
- Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
- Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
- Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children.
