Job description: Job Title: Interior DesignerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to independently manage and execute all phases of interior design for high-end single-family residential projects. This role involves space planning, material selection, purchasing, and client interaction. The successful candidate will use AutoCAD and Revit to produce detailed drawings and will travel to job sites as needed.Responsibilities
- Manage and execute high-end single-family residential interior design projects from start to finish.
- Handle all phases of interior design including space planning, material selection, and purchasing.
- Produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Communicate and present designs to clients and interact with them as needed.
- Travel to job sites to oversee project progress.
Essential Skills
- 5-10 years of interior design experience with high-end single-family residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and willingness to learn Revit.
- Experience in client-facing roles and the ability to present designs to clients.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit is a strong plus.
- Experience in architectural design, project management, drafting, construction, production, construction documentation, and detail.
- Skills in CAD, space planning, material selection, and purchasing.
Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a dynamic design/build firm. The firm specializes in high-end single-family residential projects and is known for its well-designed projects. With a small team of architects and designers, the firm offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth. The firm recently promoted a Studio Manager who oversees all work, and there is a project manager who supervises junior designers. We are looking to expand the team further to streamline projects.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.26 – $48.07/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
