The Senior Marketing Coordinator’s responsibilities are within three main areas:Proposals-Ensuring all elements for timely submission, either as a sub/consultant or as prime, are current, relevant, and support the JQOL brand.Marketing & Branding-We are growing, and “all things marketing” supports this growth. From apparel to materials, both tangible and digital, the focus is on the future and how JQOL is represented.Events-An equally important aspect of the business includes, not only JQOL’s presence at industry events, but JQOL’s internal events as well, from lunches to game nights to annual company events, an organized team is necessary to manage and facilitate participation.Responsibilities You will work alongside the Marketing Lead to…
- Develop and prepare RFX responses, working with technical staff and outside partners
- Create/design/write up/edit resumes, boilerplate, project/cut sheets, and other marketing materials that support our markets, brand, and services
- Contribute to the development of the marketing budget and marketing plan, ensuring its alignment with the strategic goals of the firm
- Plan and support events including company events, tradeshows, conferences, and career fairs
- Monitor and help maintain the firm’s digital presence through social media, the website, and email
- Oversee freelance & creative consultants
- Promote a culture of inclusion
- Support internal and external clients’ marketing needs
- Track and measure elements relating to campaigns and initiatives
- Complete other tasks and projects as needed that help support and elevate the strategic goals and core values of JQOL
Qualifications To be successful in this position, the following is required…
- With a degree: 2-4 years of professional experience
- With no degree: 3-5 years of experience in the AEC industry
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC (in order of importance: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Lightroom)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (hopefully enjoying spreadsheets and the functions of Teams)
