Working Environment and Physical Activities:The physical requirements of this role include the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, perform activities such as sitting, standing, bending, walking, and climbing, as well as extensive overhead and repetitive reaching. Mental demands include comparing, copying, computing, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, negotiating, communicating, instructing, and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. The position does not require tasks like crawling, heavy lifting, or specialized vision abilities but does require physical movement and mental focus for tasks performed consistently.Work ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8-hour shiftsWe offer a competitive salary range of $108,000 – $130,000 based on years of experience, along with an additional of $15,000 leadership Stipend.This range reflects STRIDE’s good faith estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting.
