Job description: Exciting opportunity for Executive Roofing Sales LeadershipNational Roofing and Storm Restoration company is seeking an Executive Business Development Leader to manage the national expansion of its Commercial and Retail Roofing services. Due to tremendous growth, this position will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding the clientele base.Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business relationship opportunities within the construction, roofing and real estate industry.
- Develop relationships with Homeowner Associations, Property Management companies, Real Estate developers and government agencies etc.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our partnership base and increase revenue streams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and identify new opportunities
- Support contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements with new and existing relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Real Estate or related field. Related experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- 10+ years in business development or account management in the construction, roofing and/or real estate industry or closely related field REQUIRED
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Travel as needed – locally and regionally: Ohio/Pennsylvania/Texas/Florida/North Carolina
