Requirements for High-Rise Window Technician:
- Minimum of 1 year of high-rise window cleaning experience
- Proven ladder and high-rise work experience
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and quality
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Must pass mandatory drug testing (Drug-Free Workplace)
Pay and Benefits:
- Competitive percentage-based pay, depending on experience
- Regular pay increases based on performance
- No nights or major holidays; occasional weekend hours
