Job SummaryWe’re looking to hire a hard-working Professional Cleaner with great attention to detail and who takes pride in their work. A cleaner that understands that by maintaining the highest standards of restroom cleanliness and sanitation, you contribute significantly to the overall hygiene and safety of the facility, enhancing the experience for all users.Responsibilities
- Thorough Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning of restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, and spot-clean the walls. Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure all surfaces are free from dirt, grime, and bacteria.
- Sanitization: Apply disinfectants to high-touch areas such as faucets, door handles, and stall partitions.
- Restocking Supplies: Replenish restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and sanitary products. Ensure all dispensers are functional and adequately stocked.
- Waste Management: Empty trash bins and sanitary disposal units. Ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Inspection and Reporting: Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards. Report issues to the onsite supervisor.
- Office Cleaning: Cleaning the office, including dusting, spot mopping, and vacuuming as necessary
Qualifications
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services
- Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
- Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and disinfectants, and their proper use.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Expected salary: $15.5 per hour
