Job description: Are you ready to shine in the commercial cleaning industry? We’re seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Floor Cleaning Specialist with a positive outlook and solid work ethic to serve our customers while leading a small crew.RequirementsYou should be able to clean carpet, hard surfaces, and upholstery for 6-9 hours each shift, communicate clearly, complete each job by following our proven protocols, pay attention to details, and lead a small crew with humility. Floor cleaning or leadership experience will make you a preferred candidate. If you don’t have experience, we may consider you for an apprentice role, when available.Must be able to acquire a Missouri class E license to drive a commercial cargo van.Must be able to pass customer requirements for entry into their buildings.What You’ll Love About Us:
