- Serve as the key communicator between Sales, Customer Service, and Advertising departments, ensuring the smooth execution of the customer enrollment process
- Use our personal approach to customer service to interact directly with clients, becoming their go-to resource for questions and support
- Assist the sales team by providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers, helping to drive sales and meet weekly and monthly targets
- Ensure the accuracy of customer data during renewal or acquisition processes to maintain our high standards
- Attend in-person and virtual meetings to continuously expand your knowledge of clients and drive sales growth
