Contract or direct hire. 100% remote.Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently looking for Junior Electrical AND I&C Design Mod Engineers on a long-term contractual to support developing design mod packages for our nuclear A/E client. Contract compensation $60-75/hr, based on experience. Direct hire compensation negotiable.
- 100% remote, no travel required.
- Flexible schedule be available during normal business hours but if you want to take a 2-hour lunch or go to a kids ballgame, thats fine. Just get the work done and participate in Teams meetings!
- Diverse nuclear client base – so if work runs out with one client, you just move to another project.
- Opportunity to be hired contract to direct (or direct on occasion), if thats of interest to the candidate.
- Part-time or full-time.
Requirements:
- B.S. degree in engineering
- 3+ years current experience developing electrical OR I&C design change packages for nuclear plant mods- including calcs, specs, analysis, etc.
- Experience with IP-ENG-001.
- ETAP a plus.
- Ability to work independently and against deadlines.
