We are driven by a relentless desire to grow, innovate, and excel.Our HVAC-R Service Technicians provide skilled services relating to repair, installation, and commissioning for all new and existing HVAC-R systems. Perform site maintenance tasks, as well as annual site inspections at all customers Commercial and Industrial facilities. Ensure strong communication both internal and external to the department.As a HVAC-R Service Technician you will:
- Join a team of Service professionals
- Be provided information, tools and training necessary for success
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC-R systems for both commercial and industrial customers
- Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of systems.
- Interpret work orders and perform work requested with limited direction. Enter and close work orders via the Service software platform.
- Operate a variety of tools and machines incidental to operations.
- Requisition of repair parts and equipment.
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedure
- Always adhere to all safety and vehicle related policies, and comply with Company policy and standards
- Represent the company on customer locations/sites for service work in the regional area.
- Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assigned.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two-year HVAC technical school degree, or years associated experience for Journeyman.
- Working knowledge of HVAC-R equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, and required standards applicable to discipline.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to effectively represent the company in an ethical and professional manner and consistent with our values and mission.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts; weekends, holidays and emergency on-call as needed.
- Valid State Driver’s license, and able to travel to customer locations.
- Ability to learn and use a Jamar software platform.
- Must join local 11
Certification, License, Registration:
- CFC/EPA Universal Certification
Pay Range:
- Wages and other benefits are paid in accordance with the Local #11 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- $40 -$45 per hour depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
