- Proven experience in event/wedding coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Event Designer, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all aspects of event planning and management, including liaising with vendors, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly.
- Maintaining relationships with vendors and venues in Philadelphia and the broader tri-state area.
- Collaborating with our culinary team to design menus that adhere to the farm-to-table concept.
- Attending and coordinating events on location, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Contributing creative ideas to keep our events unique and memorable.
