Job description: COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services is looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented individual to join our work family as a Residential In-Home Cleaning Consultant. Residential In-Home Cleaning Consultants work in residents’ homes providing estimates on all floor cleaning, HVAC / air duct cleaning, and includes upholstery and window treatments cleaning. The duties of this job include talking and educating customers on the various services COIT provides.We will provide you with hands on PAID training. A company vehicle to travel to customers within the territory, and company phone will be provided following training.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, life insurance, Holiday and vacation pay, on-the-job training, growth opportunitiesIn-Home Cleaning Consultant Responsibilities:
- No Cold calls. No door-to-door sales. All appointments are pre-set. Follow a scheduled route within assigned territory.
- Acquire knowledge of cleaning services, procedures, techniques, benefits, and prices of services and the ability to describe those to customers.
- Determines customer requirements and effectively document customers requested services along with any additional suggested services.
- Provide convenience to customers by going to them rather than them come to you.
- Assist with establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
- Pick up area rugs and window treatment (drapes & blinds) from customers and bring them to the Plant to be cleaned and processed as necessary.
- Meet and/or exceed quotas with low pressure sales tactics.
- Earn certifications in various areas of expertise needed to work in the field.
In-Home Cleaning Consultant Requirements:
- Have strong customer service skills and handle challenging situations in a professional manner and able to make a good first impression with customers.
- Have a strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Have strong communication, listening, and math skills.
- Ability to work independently to support the group effort.
- The ability to complete work orders and meet deadlines.
- Industry and sales experience is helpful, but not necessary. 1+ Years of Sales Experience Preferred
- Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to, but not limited to, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Valid Driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record check. Background Check/Drug screen
