What this Role will Do:Utilize your experience and technical skills, honesty, and work ethic to better Colwil Engineering Mechanical, Inc. for its clients and fellow employees.Perform a variety technical tasks related to maintaining, repairing, and replacing heating, cooling, ventilation, and related EMS systems.Diagnose and repair customer’s products such as heat pumps, ventilation systems, gas furnaces, rooftop package units, EMS systems, motors, medium and low temperature refrigeration equipment, ice machines, exhaust hoods, chillers, rack systems, and control systems while providing top notch customer service and abiding safety protocols. Repairs include, but not limited to,Leak checks (pressurized, electronics, visuals)Equipment/Coil cleaningsMotor/VFD replacementsCompressor/Coil replacementsMulti-Evaporator SystemsMetering devices/Misc. components replacement.Ductwork and Air Ventilation repairsControl/EMS Systems repairsHeating elements/exchangers replacementMiscellaneous plumbing, electrical, carpentry repairs (limited) * Date and change filters.
- Assisting in our inventory management by performing weekly refrigerant weigh- ins and truck inventory counts as needed.
- Maintain a high quality of service at all times – Meet key productivity metrics and goals as set by the company such as first-time fixes, callbacks and apps compliance – Think outside the box on ways to enhance service and customer experience.
