- Maintain cleanliness and order in commercial and residential buildings/homes.
- Perform heavy cleaning duties including cleaning floors, scrubbing surfaces, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Ensure the proper functioning of cleaning equipment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cleaning, or related fields
- Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, and bending.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and communication skills.
Pay Rate:
- $14/hr during training, $15-16/hr after training, get to $16 with speed
- 17$ after 1 year
- Competitive salary with aggressive raises based on performance in quality and speed.
