Job description: Fish Window Cleaning is looking for Window Cleaning associates for our operation in Arcadia.

Job Schedule: Typical hours are Monday through Wednesday/Thursday, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with flexibility required.Position Type: Part-time with the possibility of transitioning to full-time. Initial hours will range from 15-25 per week, depending on workload.Compensation: Starting pay is $16.50–$24.75 (depending on experience) per hour during the training period. Once fully ramped up, pay will transition to a performance-based structure.What Fish Offers:

Required qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation (you’ll need this to get from job to job), and liability car insurance.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working on ladders or at heights.
