Job description: Our client, a fast-growing company specializing in manufacturing high-quality garage shop chairs and accessories is hiring a Sr. Graphic Designer for their growing team. With a strong reputation for high quality products used by the likes of Honda, Northrop Grumann, Delta and Lockheed Martin, our client is growing and looking to take their creative and design team to the next level and enhance their brand identity.The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand’s story and elevate our marketing efforts. This role involves leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating across teams to deliver cohesive and impactful visuals.This role is crucial for developing compelling content that resonates with our client’s audience and helps take their brand recognition to the next level. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure marketing efforts are visually stunning and strategically sound.Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media assets, email campaigns, and print collateral.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Conceptualize and execute product packaging designs that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure design alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth.
- Stay current on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance our visual presence.
- Work with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure high-quality production of designs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a creative role within eCommerce or a related industry.
- Proven experience designing Meta / Google ads, Klaviyo Email flows and Shopify UI/UX web design\
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns and creative work.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with web design principles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, digital, and print materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Salary: $70-90k
Expected salary: $70000 – 90000 per year
