What are my responsibilities?
- Oversight of daily and ongoing staffing.
- Oversees neighborhood for compliance with call lights, infection control logs, patients assessed, care plans and wound rounds.
- Attend the daily IDT meeting and bring any items that need follow up by members of the team.
- Responsible for education needs of facility team members to ensure understanding of Medicare documentation and management.
- Assure that the neighborhood is prepared for new admits.
What do I need to be considered?
- STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- At least three years’ experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred.
- At least one year of leadership experience as a unit manager or ADON preferred.
- Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska or compact state as a RN or LPN.
