Job description: Home Improvement company is currently looking for experienced and self-motivated electricians to add to its team of professionals!This is an independent contractor position that requires you to have your own tools and vehicle necessary to complete jobs.There are a few requirements:– Must have 5+ years experience (RESIDENTIAL);– Must have own tools and truck;– Must have perfect customer service and sales skills.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches, and switch gears
- Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment
- Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work well on a team
- Creating blueprints
- Replacing older systems and troubleshooting
Compensation is based on experience and discussed during the interview. No base salary, only commission.Please submit your resume with a previous Electrician experience plus a small bio about yourself.
