Business Analyst Job Responsibilities:
- Assists with the Preparation of timely financial statements that are representative of the Research Service Line results.
- Coordinates or performs a wide variety of financial, administrative and/or data management activities to support research studies.
- Ensures that invoices are prepared and sent to Clinical Research Sponsors in a timely and accurate manner as outlines in agreements.
- Prepares accurate and complete journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Coordinates and tracks financial aspects of clinical study from project creation to study closure fostering the use of matrix and Oncore.
- Adheres to accounting principles, regulatory guidelines and Inova policies related to clinical trials.
Business Analyst Additional Requirements:
- Work schedule: 8-hour shift (Monday – Friday; Hybrid Day shift).
- Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Experience: Four (4) years’ experience in related field.
