Organization, flexibility, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work as part of a team is a must for this position. Must exhibit well-developed communications and reading skills along with a high- reasoning ability. Proactively provides customers, colleagues and employees with an excellent first impression in a cheerful manner. Handles regular tasks and special requests as needed with a high attention to detail. Must maintain a strong level of confidentiality, professionalism, initiative, and good judgement. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients, and other employees of the organization.
