The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality sock designs quickly and accurately, meeting tight deadlines, and managing a high volume of work and tasks. - Fast-Paced Production: Create, modify, and finalize sock designs swiftly to meet daily turnaround goals and tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- High Volume Output: Manage and execute a high volume of production tasks, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
- Precision and Accuracy: Ensure all produced materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
- Collaborative Workflow: Work closely with designers, marketing and sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver assets accordingly.
- Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changes in project scope, deadlines, and feedback, ensuring efficient turnaround of revisions and new requests.
- Growth Mindset: Identify opportunities to streamline production processes and improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Qualifications
- A four-year degree in graphic design or other related field is recommended, with 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong portfolio demonstrating speed and high-volume output.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
