Job description: A well-established and growing Multi-disciplinary firm is looking for a Land Development Project Manager to join this team.In this role, you will lead the design and development of various land projects, ensuring they meet both regulatory requirements and our high standards for quality. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our firm.Who we are looking for:
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience
- PE Preferred
- Skilled in land development: design of erosion, grading, stormwater management, sediment control, etc
- Capable of balancing multiple projects
- Communicates effectively with clients, architects, and other professionals
- AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
