What YOU’LL Do:
- Coordinate orientation training for new staff and ensure that orientation is completed within sixty (60) days of employment.
- Track all required training for employees using in-service tracking systems.
- Evaluate current literature and staff development materials to ensure the agency has access to up to date materials.
- Provide on the job coaching for direct support staff to assist in the development of needed competencies.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
- Certification as an instructor in CPR and PMAB may be required.
