Works under minimal supervision to provide advanced administrative support in coordinating day to day operations of department or division office.Patient care orientated non-medical position that assist physicians’ medical practice with the following duties: Attend clinic; Prepare Cosmetic and Medical surgical quotes and present to patients; Maintain and update outlook calendar; Schedule surgical cases, Point of contact for patients in regarding surgery dates/times. Relieves supervisor of variety of administrative duties, programs, and policies of organization; may coordinate day to day operations of office; makes recommendations for changes to procedures. Functions as liaison with other departments prepares online and paper documents as needed. Composes letters, memorandums, and other non-routine and moderately complex correspondence, which does not require attention of supervisor. Takes, transcribes, and distributes minutes for meetings. May transcribe dictation of medical or scientific terminology; ensures correct format, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.FIRST 90 DAYS WILL BE 100% IN OFFICE AND THEN WILL TRANSITION TO HYBRID.BENEFITS

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required

High School Diploma or GED.

3 years of related secretarial/administrative experience.
May consider higher education completed in lieu of minimum requirements.JOB DUTIES
