Join client’s dynamic Financial Services team as a Bilingual Senior Content Designer and play a pivotal role in scaling our content strategies for the Greater China market. This remote role demands proficient skills in both Chinese and English, with a keen focus on crafting user-centric product experiences. Dive into an environment where your work significantly impacts both the buyer’s and seller’s journey, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and iterate end-to-end user flows.Key Responsibilities:
- Scale established content strategies and frameworks to suit the Greater China market.
- Design, test, and iterate on user flows in collaboration with product teams, designers, and user research partners.
- Ensure a cohesive product narrative and consistency across all customer touchpoints, including marketing and support.
- Work closely with the Localization team for optimal Chinese content translation from English source content.
- Collaborate with various partners to build products meeting the needs of our Chinese customers.
Must-Have Skills:
- Native or bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English, with outstanding writing and editing capabilities.
- Proven experience in a content-focused role, particularly in-product content design and strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., English, Journalism, Communications).
Industry Experience:
- Prior experience in ecommerce, financial services, or related platforms is preferred.
