- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- NAAB Accredited degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in Revit, CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Professional Registration or on registration/licensure track is a plus
- LEED Accreditation preferred
- Urban planning experience
- Strategic thinking and master planning experience
