- Prospecting and Outreach: Research, identify and source new business leads using various channels (cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking).
- Lead generation: Initiate conversations with prospects, qualify potential customers by understanding their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes and schedule discovery calls or product demos for the sales team.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective follow-up on qualified leads.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better identify new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience: +2 years in a sales, lead generation, or business development role.
- Skills:
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in diverse teams.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for learning.
- Strong research skills and ability to identify decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., pipedrive, sales navigator) and lead generation tools.
- Languages: English is mandatory.
- A second language is also mandatory (preferably: French or German).
- Location: Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Experience: Prior experience on technical sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of market trends in AI, LLM, quantum computing and related technologies.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
