Job description: Job Description:Job Role:- Senior Product DesignerLocation:- Tamp, Florida.The RoleAs a Senior Product Designer youll be contributing directly to the design of our digital products Working in concert with Product and Engineering partners and UX Research colleagues youll be applying your skills and experience to create high quality designs in all stages of the UX design process including ideation wireframing prototyping and highfidelity designResponsibilitiesWork closely with research stakeholders product managers and engineering teams to brainstorm and cocreate ideas approaches and solutionsCreate wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs using Figma along with our established Design SystemEnsure that designs follow best practices and use research testing to inform and validateConfidently challenge the status quo encouraging all involved to address root causes to ensure the best outcome for usersApply a positive and constructive attitude to all feedbackDeliver highquality design assets to the engineering team along with clear guidance to ensure all aspects of the designs are fully understoodProvide ongoing support to engineering with regular UX review checkpoints to ensure quality and that the system is being built as designedKeep up to date with the latest UX practices innovations and toolsEnsure all designs comply with ADAWCAG standards for accessibilityDeliver on time identifying and managing risks to ensure timelines are met and escalating where neededAssist and train new UX starters in the teamContribute to the wider UX community of practiceRequired Skills Experience and Competencies3 plus years of industry Product Design experienceStrong attention to detail analytical skills and problemsolvingExperience on complex enterprisescale or consumer design projectsCreative flair and a good eye for designExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent skills in professional design tools such as Figma Sketch AdobeXD InVisionExperience working with Design SystemsBachelors DegreeDesirable Skills Experience and CompetenciesKeen interest in or knowledge of banking or financeHTMLCSS Development SkillsParticipation in external UX groups or communitiesMasters DegreeAbout Company:LTIMindtree is a global technology consulting and digital solutions company that enables enterprises across industries to reimagine business models, accelerate innovation, and maximize growth by harnessing digital technologies.
