Job Summary:As a Water Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring homes and businesses, providing timely and effective services to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role requires flexibility to be “on-call” 24/7, as we provide emergency response services to our customers.Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills:
- Basic math skills for equipment use.
- Proficiency in computer and mobile devices for reporting and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform services such as:
- Carpet and floor cleaning.
- Water, mold, fire, and smoke damage restoration.
- Odor remediation and crime scene cleanup.
- Daily Schedule:
- Report to the shop between 7 AM and 8 AM.
- Travel to restoration or cleaning jobs.
- Conduct pre- and post-job equipment and vehicle maintenance.
- Maintain company vehicles and inventory.
- Represent the company professionally in appearance, behavior, and communication.
- Document work and complete daily logs.
- Communicate effectively with customers and management to ensure project completion.
- MUST BE ABLE TO BE “ON CALL” 24/7 SINCE WE ARE AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
