In partnership with HR and Business Leadership, this position will develop an understanding of the area’s workforce planning needs and build talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire exceptional talent for all positions in division management and below. This position will manage the recruitment life-cycle for all external and internal hires and drive talent pipelines to support today’s business objectives and future business goals with the commitment to providing a diverse slate of candidates for all salaried positions.
