Job description: Overview:Industry leading Commercial Food Service Equipment Facilities Design and Equipment Company is searching for a highly qualified and motivated CAD/Revit Lead Designer to generate high quality commercial kitchen and bar design documents. Position is full-time, regularly scheduled weekdays.**COMMERCIAL KITCHEN/BAR DESIGN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*****OFFICE BASED*** Responsibilities:
- Communicate and coordinate with sales team, architects and engineers as well as manufacturing partners in order to generate complete high quality project design plans.
- Adhere to project deadlines and keep the Supervising Designer or Project Manager informed of any difficulties encountered on assignments. Submit work for quality review on time and in a complete format.
- Develop office processes for improvement in the use of CAD/REVIT software.
- Eventually train subordinate CAD/REVIT designer/engineers to handle volume as business continues to expand.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities:
- 7+ years of CAD Design experience.
- 2+ years of REVIT Design experience.
- Commercial kitchen design experience required.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- English required. Spanish and any other languages a plus.
