The SDR will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating leads, and setting up meetings for our sales executives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about cybersecurity and eager to start a career in sales.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including social media, industry events, and online databases.
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with potential customers, introduce cybersecurity solutions, and qualify leads.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively communicate value proposition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Education: Understanding of Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies is a plus.
Expected salary: $45000 per year
