Job description: Role OverviewThe Senior Director of Software Development will lead the development of our shared platform and several core platform services. This leader will play a key role in enhancing our product platform, which leverages event-driven microservices and domain-driven design to ensure scalability and performance. The role will focus on ensuring a world-class developer experience, driving API strategy, and fostering easy integration for partners, customers, and developers into our platform.The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, architectural vision, and deep technical expertise in microservices, platform architecture, and SaaS-based product development. This person will work closely with engineering teams, architecture, and product leadership to create a cohesive and efficient platform while ensuring high-quality product delivery. The job requires an extensive background in running enterprise agile teams, have deep knowledge in scaled agile practices, modern deployment practices, and agile leadership principles.What you’ll do
