Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused B2B Collections Specialist to join their team. This position offers a hybrid work schedule following a comprehensive training period, however candidates need to be willing to work in office daily until fully trained. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with a solid background in business-to-business collections and a love for customer service are encouraged to apply!Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with internal and external customers to address and resolve outstanding accounts.
- Collaborate with sales associates to develop and implement effective collection strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Utilize Excel and other MS Office applications for tracking and reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business to business collections is required and will not be substituted for any amount of consumer collections experience.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to use it extensively.
