Leveraging your deep knowledge of design and research practices to lead strategically important initiatives and develop innovative solutions that meet employee needs, business requirements and raises the collective maturity of our design practice . As a senior individual contributor, you’ll exemplify cross-functional team collaboration, guide and mentor junior designers, and foster a culture of inclusivity and accessibility. Your expertise in experience strategy and inclusive design will ensure that our offerings are not only visually appealing but also accessible and user-friendly, enhancing the overall customer experience.In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing across our internal mobile channel, which includes iOS and Android products and features. You’ll be involved in every step of the process – defining product and features, executive and stakeholder reviews and presentations, testing, generating concepts, prototypes and detail design and lastly contributing to scaling our employee experience design system for mobile. You’ll do this seamlessly by exemplifying great collaboration across disciplines (product, engineering, accessibility, and research) having a growth mindset, and being a team player.Job responsibilities
