The End User Computing Engineer provides the design for the end user compute services, as well as builds the technical solutions that support the physical, virtual, and mobile work force.
- Responsible for collaborating to create engineering standards for all end user compute components.
- Responsible to provide guidance, leadership, and technical expertise in the Information Technology field.
- Manages the creation of end user compute systems for user compute, and user compute delivery services. Includes Citrix delivery services, and mobile device delivery and management.
- Responsible for translating business requirements into specific end user computing solutions.
- Participates in the architect and design meetings in order to establish collaboration and consistency between all provided services.
- Responsible for Problem Resolution of issues that arise from service disruptions, or other causes related to architected solutions.
- Helps create and define technology roadmaps.
Education / Experience Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or 15+ years of IT experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing and supporting an enterprise end user compute environment.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Horizon and Workspace One.
- Experience in project management, creation of project definition, scope, and deliverables.
